Returns

Return and Exchange Policy 

Returns are accepted by our system up to 7 days from delivery receipt.
If you chose a prepaid return label, $10.00 flat processing fee will be deducted from the refund. If you choose to manage the return shipping, please be sure to select a method/carrier that offers tracking to avoid loss.

 

How do I return?

  • Click on account icon (little person) at top of home page.
  • Follow the instructions and select the item you want to return.
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines, and return label if selected.
  • Returns must be enroute per tracking within 7 days of request in order to be  eligible for refund.

What items are returnable? 

  • Items must be returned new, unused, unwashed with all garment tags attached
  • Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted, and returned to the customer.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable 
  • Please allow up to 10 days for credit to appear on your form of payment depending on your banking institution.

What items are non-refundable? 

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Personal Care items and Scents
  • Vintage Sunglasses
  • Jewelry
  • Sale & Discounted items (if applicable)
    Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.
     

The item I received is damaged?

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us directly within 7 days of the delivery date to arrange for replacement.

Can an item be exchanged?

We suggest you return the unwanted item for refund and place a new order for desired item.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund for store credit or e.gift card (if applicable)
     

How do I ship back the items? 

  • All returns require approval & RA# written on package
  • Please return items in original or similar packaging.
  • You will receive a UPS return label with a $10.00 flat processing fee
    deducted from your refund
  • Drop at approved UPS location and request a receipt for proof of delivery to protect your shipment. 

We are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred by UPS in the return process.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email.
  • You will be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
  • Once approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 or fewer working days.
